Industrial Inside SalesConco Services is looking for an Inside Sales Representative for our Industrial Sales Team in Houston, TX. This position works directly with the Regional Business Manager, Sr. Account Managers, and external customers. This position is to ensure compliance with our client requests for quotes and processing of all orders.Essential Functions And Responsibilities Support Regional Business Mangers/Sr. Account Managers in all aspects of the job. Producing estimates/quotes per the direction of the outside sales team. Entering all purchase order information and job data into Microsoft Dynamics CRM and NetSuite software systems. Notify and distribute all job-specific information to the necessary parties (Operations, Manufacturing, etc.) to begin the job workflow process. Assist customers with questions regarding Conco services and products, including receiving and entering systems orders. Maintain customer databases to ensure accuracy and updated component information. Manage web-based portal vendor registrations for the company. Provide account management support to the sales team, customers, and internal departments. Review customer RFQ documents to determine products and/or service requests and determine formats for required responses. Review purchase orders and contracts for alignment with quoted service scopes, and pricing and to determine any special customer requirements that must be communicated to internal departments. Cold calling potential accounts to maintain and expand customer base. Maintain the Conco Quote Log. Adhere to the Employee’s Responsibilities section outlined in Conco’s Safety Policies & Procedure ManualQualifications Qualifications and Skills Must be authorized to work within the United States Must have a High School Diploma or GED Equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities Strong attention to detail; ability to multi-task and ability to enter data accurately into databases. Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner Microsoft Office, Dynamics CRM and other software systems Administrative and clerical procedures such as filing and records management Ability to be self-motivated and work independently while maintaining the ability to be a team player Understanding of sales process Excellent communication skills with the ability to establish constructive and cooperative working relationships with others Physical Requirements Ability to use a keyboard/type, mouse, and various office equipment (such as printers, phones, and fax machines) to complete assigned duties. Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a desk or computer. Adequate vision (with or without correction) to read documents, emails, and work on a computer screen. Sufficient hearing to engage in conversations and participate in phone calls and meetings. Occasionally lift and carry files or office supplies up to 25 pounds. Occasional walking, standing, and bending to perform tasks, access files, or attend meetings. Ability to work in a typical office setting with moderate noise levels, varying temperatures, and exposure to computers. Ability to travel and work tradeshows, presentations, and events outside of the office on occasion Work Environment The work environment is primarily office-based, requiring employees to perform tasks while seated at a desk for extended periods. Daily responsibilities include using a computer, handling documents, and engaging in virtual or in-person meetings. The atmosphere is quiet and professional, with opportunities for collaboration in designated spaces. Employees should be comfortable with prolonged focus on detailed tasks and occasional light physical activity, such as retrieving office supplies or attending in-office meetings.
