We’re looking for a B2B Account Manager to join our Cover for Business team and own long-termCover is a fast-growing insurtech startup that leverages AI to make pensions and insurance accessible, personal, and easy — for individuals and for businesses.relationships with our client companies. You’ll drive adoption, retention, and expansion across the Israeli tech ecosystem.What you’ll do:Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B clients (HR, Finance, Ops)Lead onboarding and ongoing account successDrive adoption of Cover’s platform and insightsIdentify upsell and expansion opportunitiesBuild strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholdersRun quarterly business reviews and share actionable insightsCollaborate with Product, Ops, and ComplianceMonitor account health and proactively prevent churnWhat we’re looking for:2–4 years in B2B Account Management / Customer Success / SaaS / HR-Tech / FintechExcellent communication and stakeholder-management skillsData-driven, organized, and high-ownershipAbility to work fast and build long-term relationshipsBonus: experience with HR or Finance teams
