The workplace is changing, and you can be a part of shaping that future.To continue driving our impressive growth, Neat is now seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Manager to lead and inspire our in-office inside sales team in Denver, CO, USA. This pivotal role will be responsible for overseeing the entire inside sales cycle, from outbound lead generation to product demonstrations, direct customer sales, and seamless collaboration with field representatives. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with an analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and coach a team of inside sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs. This includes recruiting, hiring, training, and professional development.Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective inside sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base. Design and execute structured outbound prospecting motions to generate qualified leads and new business opportunities.Sales Process Management: Oversee the entire sales process, from initial lead generation and qualification to product demonstrations and closing deals directly with customers.Collaboration: Foster strong alignment and work closely with Field Sales Representatives and the Marketing department to ensure a unified approach, optimize lead quality, and ensure seamless handoffs and deal closure.Performance Monitoring & Analysis: Set clear performance metrics (KPIs), track sales results, and analyze data to identify trends, forecast sales, and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.Data Management: Ensure the effective use and accurate data entry within our technology stack (e.g., Salesforce, Gong.io, Nooks.ai, LI Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo) to manage the sales pipeline and track all sales activities.Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products/services to effectively guide the team in presenting our value proposition to prospective customers.Required Skills & QualificationsExperience: Proven experience (e.g., 3-5+ years) in an inside sales leadership or management role, with a track record of achieving sales goals. Experience in a B2B sales environment is highly desirable. Some experience in selling through the channel with regional and national partners.Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is typically required.Leadership: Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills with the ability to coach and inspire a team.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in CRM software (SalesForce) as well as Gong and ZoomInfo.Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities to manage data and optimize sales processes.Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven, and collaborative in-office environment.Why Join Neat?At Neat, you’ll be part of a passionate team shaping the future of video collaboration.
