该职位来源于猎聘 The Inside Sales Manager leads a team of Inside Sales Experts to deliver fully activated and enabled new cloud clients. The mission is to drive subscription cloud and revenue bookings through end-to-end sales engagement — from Accepted Lead to Closed/Won — in full compliance with the software products sales process.The role requires promoting the products value and industry vision to build long-term digital transformation partnerships with clients. Roles & Responsibilities Team Leadership & Business Management 61Lead and coach a team of Inside Sales professionals to achieve cloud revenue targets and sustain growth. 61Define and execute sales strategies focused on whitespace expansion and install base renewal growth. 61Drive continuous team development through sales certification programs and provided trainings. Sales Execution 61Ensure team adherence to the full products sales referential, compliance requirements (Finance, Legal, Local Regulations), and ethical standards. 61Promote the use of the platform as an internal and external collaboration and communication tool. 61Guide the team to leverage SaaS value paths and increase year-over-year subscription revenue from existing clients. Forecasting & Operational Excellence 61Ensure accurate sales pipeline management and forecasting across three rolling quarters. 61Monitor CRM (per GSO standards) for quality opportunity tracking, scorecards, and win plans. Cross-functional Collaboration & Enablement 61Partner with marketing, pre-sales, customer success, and other functions to accelerate pipeline development and customer success.Qualifications 61Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in business, marketing, or a technical field. 61Minimum 5 years of sales management experience, with at least 3 years in Inside Sales or SaaS sales leadership. 61Strong understanding of cloud subscription (SaaS) business models and B2B software selling. 61Excellent strategic thinking, communication, coaching, and team empowerment skills. 61Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and data-driven sales management. 61Fluent in English (spoken and written); capable of operating in a multinational, cross-cultural environment.
