Job Responsibilities:Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quotaSell Kaspersky products and services through partners to Small and Medium Business (SMB) end users within territory – inclusive of net new, renewals, and up-sell/cross-sell opportunitiesAssess business opportunities and read prospective buyersBring together multiple buyers in the same company to build groundswell and leverage partners within Kaspersky to effectively evangelize the solutionForecast and execute on business goalsBuild trust-based relationships with senior level IT and Security executives in SMB companiesResponsible for recruiting, training, and driving revenue in SMB segment through partners in territoryAccurately forecast opportunities for the territoryConsistently articulate Kaspersky’s value proposition to top partners and end users in the territoryCultivate strong consultative relationships and act as a primary point of contact for assigned territory partners to ensure partner satisfactionAssist with design and execution of marketing programs to create interest and awareness amongst VAR community and their SMB prospectsProperly document all real-time sales-related activity and partner engagementsJob Requirements:5-8 years of experience in a quota carrying sales role, preferably for a Software vendor, or even better, a Security Software vendorExperience working with Resellers is a plusDemonstrated ability to find, manage, and close medium and large businessProven record of overachieving quota and results in a high-growth company environmentExperience selling security solutions, CRM platforms, software platform or SaaS solutionsEstablished reputation as a high integrity top performerStrong relationships with senior level IT and security professionalsApplication process:HR Interview (30 min)Interview with Hiring Team (60 min)Meeting with Hiring Manager (60 min)Final meeting (optional)Offer stage & Reference check
