Role OverviewWe are looking for a performance-driven Telecalling & Inside Sales Manager to build, run, and scale a high-productivity outbound sales engine for WTF 360 — our fitness transformation subscription vertical. This leader will manage a 25-FTE telecalling team with a mandate to scale to 75+ FTEs, drive daily revenue outcomes, enforce funnel discipline, and create a predictable, metrics-led conversion engine.This is not a traditional sales team. This is a data-driven, high-cadence, outbound contact center model that demands exceptional operational leadership.Key Responsibilities1. Daily Sales Operations & Performance ManagementOwn daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets for the WTF 360 subscription (₹35,000 ARPU).Ensure every rep meets 130 outbound calls/day, maintaining productivity rhythms and time-blocking structures.Track funnel metrics:Dials → Connects → Qualified Leads → Trial Bookings → SubscriptionsMonitor connect rates, qualification accuracy, consultation scheduling, and conversion ratios.Review and optimize rep pipelines, call lists, and daily CRM hygiene.2. Team Leadership & Scale-UpManage 25 telecallers, 2 Team Leaders, and QA/Trainer at the current stage.Build a scalable structure as we grow to 75+ FTEs, including additional TLs, deputy managers, and QA specialists.Implement huddles, coaching routines, call barging, and weekly 1:1 performance reviews.Drive a culture of discipline, accountability, and high energy across the floor.3. Funnel Optimization & Revenue GovernanceContinuously analyze funnel leakages and conversion patterns.Run experiments: script iterations, objection handling improvements, call-flow optimization.Collaborate with Marketing to ensure daily lead availability (250+ leads/day).Forecast daily and monthly revenue using CRM and analytics dashboards.4. Process, Training & QualityOversee new hire induction (3–5 days): product training, script practice, CRM usage, objection handling.Enforce uniform scripting and messaging across reps.Conduct weekly quality audits, scorecards, and feedback cycles.Maintain 100% real-time dispositioning discipline in CRM.5. Technology, Tools & CRM ManagementWork closely with dialer/CRM systems to:Optimize call flowsImprove connect ratesTrack team productivityImplement lead-scoring logicEnsure call recordings are audited and used for coaching.Maintain fully functional next-best-action workflows inside CRM.6. Hiring, Workforce Planning & ComplianceLead hiring cycles for telecallers and team leaders as the vertical scales.Plan headcount requirements using capacity math and forecasted subscription targets.Maintain adherence to compliance, customer privacy rules, and internal SLA commitments.Required Experience & SkillsMust-Have Experience5–10 years managing high-volume outbound sales teams, preferably 20–100+ FTEs.Strong background in telesales, inside sales, or contact center operations.Deep familiarity with CRM systems, auto-dialers/power dialers, and funnel analytics.Proven track record of delivering revenue through disciplined KPIs and call targets.Core CompetenciesStrong analytical mindset; ability to run daily performance dashboards.Ability to coach reps on tone, objection handling, scripts, and conversions.Comfort with aggressive targets, fast-paced execution, and high-pressure environments.Excellent people management, communication, and motivational skills.Expertise in building sales processes, SOPs, and training playbooks.Preferred Industry BackgroundEd-Tech telesales (Byju’s, Unacademy, Vedantu, PW)BPO outbound sales (Teleperformance, Concentrix, WNS, iEnergizer)Fintech/Insurance telesales (PolicyBazaar, KreditBee, PaisaBazaar)Fitness/Healthtech inside sales (Cult, HealthifyMe, Fittr)Success Indicators (What Great Looks Like)Team consistently achieving 130 calls/day/rep productivity.Steady funnel performance across:35% connect rate25% qualified leads45% consultation booking18% subscription conversionScaling workforce from 25 → 75 FTEs while maintaining quality.Achieving monthly subscription targets:~600 subscriptions at 25 FTEs~1,800 subscriptions at 75 FTEsMonthly revenue contribution growing from ₹2.1 Cr → ₹6+ Cr.High retention and sustained motivation across the sales floor.Why Join Us?WTF is redefining the fitness industry in India through technology-led operations, AI-driven personalization, and a nationwide scaling model.
