We are seeking a true "Hunter"—an ideal candidate with extensive India market experience, solid Salesforce OEM connections, and a track record of driving customer interactions, crafting solutions, and executing successful deal closures.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Growth: Spearhead new Salesforce opportunities and enhance customer engagement to drive revenue.Solutioning: Manage discovery, scoping, demos, proposals, and solution development to address client needs effectively.Ecosystem Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Salesforce Account Executives (AEs) and Partner Alliance Managers (PAMs) for coordinated market pursuits.GTM Strategy: Develop Go-To-Market assets, presentations, and industry perspectives to showcase Protiviti’s capabilities.Pipeline Management: Oversee the sales pipeline, accurate forecasts, and end-to-end pursuit processes.RequirementsExperience: 6–10 years in Salesforce sales/presales capacities. (Experience with other CRM solutions is also acceptable).Network: Strong, established connections within the Salesforce OEM ecosystem.Technical Acumen: Ability to lead high-level discussions on customer needs and translate them into technical solutions.Communication: Exceptional communication and presentation proficiencies, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
