Our solutions are deployed by more than 400 service providers, as well as more than 800 private networks, in more than 140 countries.We are looking for a Sales Development Representative combined with Inside Sales to join our team. As an SDR & Inside Sales, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and managing leads through the sales pipeline. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure that our company’s sales goals are met.We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a proven track record of success in sales. If you are a self-motivated individual with a passion for sales, we encourage you to apply.ResponsibilitiesIdentify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the company both in LATAM and in North America.Contact and qualify potential customersFollow up on leads generated by MarketingTrack progress towards meeting sales goalsCollaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targetsUse Sales Force to manage leads and sales activitiesStay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developmentsProvide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.Job RequirementsRequirements and skills4-5 years of experience as SDR and sales manager. Proficiency in Sales ForceStrong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish. Portuguese an advantage. Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clientsAbility to do some Outbound work on obtaining new leads, using prospecting tools such as Linkedin sales Navigator, Lusha/ ZoominfoKnowledge of sales techniques and strategiesStrong problem-solving and negotiation skillsTime management and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFlexibility and adaptability to changeA desire to learn and grow in the sales field
