About the RoleWe're looking for a motivated and curious Inside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will help drive top-of-funnel activity, identify and qualify potential customers, and contribute to building a high-quality sales pipeline. This is an exciting opportunity to break into tech sales, gain industry knowledge, and grow into a full-cycle sales or account executive role.You’re an ambitious and early-career sales professional looking to advance and accelerate your career in sales. Our 360-degree portfolio includes consultancy, software development, and managed services to streamline integration, enhance observability, and drive growth.Responsibilities as a Junior Sales RepresentativeConduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and social media to generate new leadsQualify prospects based on business needs, budget, and decision-making authoritySchedule discovery meetings for Account Executives with high-potential leadsMaintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)Research target accounts and identify key stakeholdersCollaborate with sales and marketing teams to align outreach with campaignsAttend product and sales training sessions to deepen technical and industry knowledgeParticipate in regular coaching, pipeline reviews, and team meetingsKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)You will be measured against targets set per different categories of KPI’s like:Outbound Calls and Emails Sent per weekNumber of Meetings Booked per monthNumber of Qualified Opportunities Created per monthPipeline Revenue Creation per monthRequirementsMust-Have Qualifications:2+ years of sales experience, or a Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, IT, or related field) with relevant sales experience, or equivalent professional experience.Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, and Dutch is a plus.Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a desire to grow in tech salesBasic understanding of IT/software concepts (iPaaS, cloud, Integration Modernization )Comfortable making cold calls and handling objectionsFamiliarity with Microsoft Dynamics (CRM systems), LinkedIn SalesnavigatorNice-to-Haves:Previous experience in IT sales, or customer serviceKnowledge of B2B sales methodology (e.g., SPIN, MEDDIC, BANT)Understanding of industry trends and driversWhat We OfferComprehensive onboarding and training programClear 30-60-90 day success planCareer development path into full-cycle sales or account managementCompetitive salary + performance-based commissionAccess to industry-leading sales tools and resourcesCollaborative and supportive team environment[Include perks like remote work, health benefits, etc.] work from Barcelona Office after completion of Development PlanRojo is committed in achieving diversity & inclusion in terms of gender, caste, race, religion, nationality, ethnic origin, sexual orientation, disability, age, pregnancy, or other status.
