Job Description

Role Overview:As the lead for our Dutch market entry, your primary mission is the rapid build-out of our physical footprint. You are a "hunter" who identifies, negotiates with, and onboards the most influential dealer groups and service partners in the Netherlands. You are responsible for the entire lifecycle of dealer expansion—from initial market analysis and prospecting to the final signing of dealer agreements—ensuring we have 100% national coverage within record time.Key Responsibilities:Identify and target the top-tier Dutch dealer groups to secure high-quality representation for the brand.Lead the "Pitch Process" to prospective partners, selling the value proposition of Geely in the competitive automotive landscape.Negotiate and close dealer agreements, ensuring favorable terms for rapid scaling.Prioritize expansion in key economic regions to maximize early sales volume.Lead the "Go-Live" phase for new partners, ensuring they meet all operational, technical, and branding requirements before the launch date.Coordinate with the global/regional teams to ensure the local Dutch partners have the necessary tools, systems, and training to start deliveries immediately.Present expansion proposals to the Executive Board for final approval, backed by data-driven market insights.Experience & Competencies:Minimum 3 years in Network Development, Business Development, or Dealer Acquisition within the Dutch automotive industry.You must have an existing, high-level network within the boards of the major Dutch dealer groups.Proven track record of closing complex, multi-million euro commercial contracts.Comfortable with "building the plane while flying it"—highly proactive, resilient, and fast-moving.Native-level Dutch and fluent English.About Geely Holding Group:Founded in 1986 and entering the automotive industry in 1997, Zhejiang Geely Holding Group (Geely Holding) is a global mobility technology enterprise committed to becoming a world-leading sustainable group.
