Inside Sales RepresentativesLocation: Onehub Tower, District 9 Hiring Type: Full-time, PermanentJOB DESCRIPTIONThe Inside Sales Representative manages the full sales cycle — from prospecting to deal closure. Works closely with marketing and sales teams to drive pipeline growth and deliver an excellent customer experience. Requires strong communication skills, technical understanding, and proven B2B sales experience.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESIdentify, contact, and qualify prospective customers through inbound and outbound outreach (calls, emails, appointments).Manage the full sales process from lead qualification to deal closure and contract execution.Understand customer needs and recommend suitable cloud-based solutions.Communicate product value, demonstrate use cases, and tailor presentations/demos.Maintain and optimize a growing sales pipeline through consistent follow-up.Collaborate with sales, marketing, technical teams, and partners.Stay current on products, market trends, and competitive offerings.Use CRM tools to track leads, forecast sales, and report progress accurately.HIRING REQUIREMENTS1+ year of B2B sales experience.English proficiency: B2 level.Korean proficiency: TOPIK 3 (for Korean line).Prior success in achieving sales quotas.Experience in high-volume calling.Ability to learn new technology and data.Problem-solving skills.Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs.Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.Willingness to work from home when required.COMPENSATIONLine English: Fixed salary 13,000,000 VND + bonus up to 3,000,000 VND.Line Korean: Fixed salary 21,000,000 VND + bonus up to 5,000,000 VND.
