Inside Sales Specialist

We are looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to support sales and customer service in the Euro region. In this position, you will ensure that all customer needs are promptly addressed while exercising the highest level of customer service. A qualified candidate must have passion for excellence and be eager to advance in high energy and goal driven culture. The position could be be based in Hungary, Poland, the Czech Republic or Austria.Responsibilities Confer with customers by phone, email and live chat in a timely, friendly and professional manner and provide information about products and services, take and enter orders, and obtain details of inquiries or comments.Build a rapport and long-lasting relationship with customers and provide innovative solutions to their needs and challenges along with exceptional customer service experience.Collaborate with internal functions to ensure customer requests and questions are handled appropriately and promptly.Take ownership of customer database; research accounts, identify key players and generate interestSolicit with commercial team sales leads from customer phone calls.Assist with marketing data collection and campaigns.Perform customer support projects and other duties assigned.QualificationsBachelor’s degree required, biology or related discipline preferred1+ year of experience in sales support, inside sales, or customer service requiredOutstanding organizational skills with the utmost attention to detailExceptional communication skills and professional presenceInnovative problem solver, results minded and solution focusedEffective team player with the ability to work independentlyHighly organized and able to efficiently multitaskPassion to positively promote and drive success on company initiativesAs an international company, we require English and German as an asset.About the CompanyACROBiosystems Group, founded in 2010 and listed in 2021, is a biotechnology company aimed at being a cornerstone of the global biopharmaceutical and health industries by providing products and business models innovation.
