Job Description

Position: Process EngineerDuration: 6-month contract + possible extensions Location: Windsor Ontario Compensation: $35/hr to $38/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law. Must Haves:

Bachelors degree in Engineering 5 years of experience working as a process engineer withing machining or toolingUnderstands CNC machining processes OR understands tooling processes Ability to read and understand CMM quality reports Plusses: Engine assembly experience working with squareparts or cylinder head blocksDay to Day: This Engineer will be responsible for working making sure that the process and capabilities are running smoothly. This engineer will be on the plant floor making that the project is on target and verifying that the parts they are creating are quality parts.

They will be responsible for communicating effectively with suppliers and OEM’s on where they are having issues and process improvement.
