Monitoring the Executive’s inbox Turn emails into tasks, keep track of due dates and prioritizing urgency of responsesUse Click-up Project Management Software to organize tasks Scheduling meetings in OutlookCoordinate business travelRun personal errands, as needed (dry cleaning, pharmacy, lunch etc)Scheduling of personal appointments as neededMonitor mail correspondence to the office and virtual mailboxesKeep office in stock of supplies and tidy– coffee, water, snacks, paper products etcServe as point of contact for office building – work orders for any issues, parking validations, lobby security questions, vendor access request forms$25/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
