You can be part of the journey.Mo te tūranga | About the Role:Of the four levels of data analysts in the Data and Analytics Practice, this is the intermediate-level data analyst position where you will likely develop skills to transition up to the Insights Specialist role, our advanced-level, data analyst role. As a dedicated resource to the Payments Tribe with a focus on our core processes and reporting, you will quickly understand the Cards landscape and its data through hands on experience. You will support the Tribe team by ensuring monthly reporting is delivered, accurate and up to date and also be exposed to a wide variety of adhoc payments work to support our stakeholders and their projects.Ngā mea kia whai angitū ahau? | What do I need to be successful?This role needs someone that is dedicated, naturally curious, proactive and analytical minded. It requires an individual with attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement.Other Skills & Experience3+ years advanced analytical skills, able to work with complex data to develop robust pipelines in a SQL environment and to deliver meaningful, actionable insights Proficient with reporting tools such as Tableau and/or Power BI.Working experience with cloud tools (e.g. Prefect, dbt, Snowflake) a bonus but highly valued.Excellent project management, stakeholder management and communication skillsProblem-solving skills, comfortable working in complex, challenging environments.Outcome orientated, persistence to challenge the status quo and deliver customer results.Team-player mentality and contribute to a supportive, caring culture within the team and beyondTe mahi ki ASB | Working for ASBAt ASB, we are committed to our vision and values of Integrity, Caring, Passion, Courage and United.
