Insights & Analytics Associate

Job DescriptionSupport Influencer team and regional counterparts in making sound business decisions by utilizing available data and crafting insights to strengthen proposals, craft programs, and improve current strategies.Regularly process and analyze Shopee Influencers performance data for reporting purposes, and dashboard creation and maintenanceDevelop methods for performance and budget projections, targets, and simulationExpected to present output to relevant stakeholdersPropose and set-up research plans/methodologies/resources which will help Influencer Team to get crucial and actionable insights to keep ahead of its competitorsConduct desk/white paper researches to augment knowledge gaps during planning or team discussionsImmerse and support planning & execution of Special Projects by applying skills on data analysis and insightsto ensure timely and impactful deliveryReport to Creator Management Business Planning & Special Projects Lead, and attend regular team meetingsRequirementsHas at least a Bachelor's degree of any business/research-related 4-year courseCertifications on data science/analytics is preferredCertifications on use of MS Excel/ Google Suite or other analytics tools is preferredHas had at least 4 years of work experienceExperience working in a research agency or data solutions firm is preferredHigh proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets is a minimum requirement; familiarity with any data science and analytics tool/software is a huge plusShould be proficient in charting, and skilled in creating presentationsComfortable in processing, analyzing and generating insights from large sets of dataAble to work swiftly, pivot quickly with changes in direction, and meet all deadlines with minimal supervision
