Job DescriptionGiven Shopee Livestream’s growth objectives for users, sellers, profit/loss, derive the resources required to achieve themCoordinate targets set for LS action plan to achieve the growth objectivesCoordinate the standardization of data metrics and KPIs leveraging business process and data knowledgeDevelop processes to improve BI tools and systems to drive reporting consistencyDevelop ad hoc analyses, reports and actionable insights including communication and presentation of findings to managementProvide actionable insights to improve business performance through written and oral presentations to managementRequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Marketing or related field is preferredPreferably with 3-5 years of related work experiencePrior experience in eCommerce/ digital marketing and/or campaign management will be a bonusStrong analytical and planning skillsSelf-starter and a team player who enjoys a fast-paced environmentAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skillsAnalytical mind with problem-solving aptitudeStrong Leadership capabilitiesExcellent communication skills
