**Contract position****Hybrid**JOB SUMMARYPrimary Purpose / Regulatory Responsibilities:This Insights Governance role is responsible for supporting the global Market Research Governance processes, and the controls and reporting related to these processes. This role directly supports the Integrated Insights teams that work within those processes and provides guidance to colleagues outside of Integrated Insights who occasionally initiate market research programs.This role is a member of the Global Insights Excellence Team and works primarily with US and Europe based members across the Global Integrated Insights Team.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIESActs as a central resource and subject matter expert to ensure that market research programs (MRPs), and other Integrated Insights projects are managed according to current approved policies and procedures:Trouble-shoots questions and issues with the Market Research System; assists MR Project Leads and stakeholders as they navigate projects through the MR SOP and the Market Research SystemProject Leads are responsible for managing projects through the Market Research System; the MR Governance Manager provides support and troubleshooting.Triaging queries shared in the MR Governance mailbox.Checks in with Insight Leads and Managers to understand their acute and general governance needs and proactively shares feedback and enhancement opportunities with Insights Governance Leads.Validates that compliance-related tasks and documentation are completed accurately and on time through ad hoc and scheduled reviews.Interacts with Insights Governance staff and related work procedures.Validates that all projects are initiated in the required market research system, that documents are loaded to the system, and that the system is maintained up to date on all projects.Assists with any necessary off-line documentation needsAssists with any necessary reviews and filings with Legal teamsMaintains support resources for MR LeadsCoordinate Third Party Agreements (TPAs) for Integrated Insights projects, primarily for EU and other non-US projects. US ANFs are primarily handled by the US Commercial Data Operations Team (CDO); troubleshoot with CDO staff as necessaryActs as a central resource to support effective and efficient Market Research Procurement, Contracting, and PO managementSupport and troubleshoot market research sourcing activities with Insights project leads and the Procurement teamManage Integrated Insights SOWs through final signaturesInitiate Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Order completion for Integrated Insights projectsIntegrated Insights project Budget Control:Ensure that up-to-date project finances are reflected in the established project tracking reports so that Project Leads and Business Units can manage their budgets.Support PO accruals as necessarySeek ways to streamline budget management activities, with the goal of increased automation and minimal (or zero) manual administrationProject Tracking supportTroubleshoot project information accuracy within the established Project Portfolio Management system (e.g., Asana).EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONBachelors degreeExperience and high-level competency with the following software/systems is strongly desiredExcelAsanaTeams/SharePointCOMPETENCIESProject Management: Consistently able to manage multiple projects and assignments simultaneously, within established timeline SLAs, and quality expectations.
