Job ResponsibilityManage installerss and provide the training as per requirementsRespond to installers inquiries in a timely and professional mannerIdentify, diagnose, and resolve technical issuesProvide technical support to installerss via phone, email, or chatRecord and document installers issues and resolutions via excel sheetsCollaborate with other teams to resolve complex installers issuesEnsure installers satisfaction by providing exceptional service and supportStay up-to-date with product and technical knowledge to provide accurate information to installerssContinuously improve knowledge and skills through training and development opportunitiesConduct Training sessions for installerss in different citiesConduct Product Demonstrations for installerss in office work area, In shops and in seminarsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience).
