Key responsibilities:We're on the lookout for an integrations developer who has experience across a range of areas. Whether its API or EDI you're no stranger to making things happen.Our product set has grown, so we're now looking to develop our integrations across:Ecommerce productsERP productsWMS productsPOS productsGeographies - each country's approach is unique and we're expanding in North AmericaThe priority is expansion of our integrations across the above products. Once delivered you'll also work alongside the existing integrations team (who are largely focused on transport integrations for TMS clients in AU through EDI) to automate repeatable processes.Why you will love this role: The opportunity to make a difference: we are not a large company tied down by bureaucracy, you can implement work quickly and see results Own your role and the integrations execution: You'll partner with product and support to understand the landscape and where efforts are needed. Time to execute, not time in meetings: we do have a couple of set meetings and lots of collaboration within the team, but the majority of your time will be used to execute your work Friendly, remote team: we are a fun team, largely based in Australia, but also remote. You will get the chance to collaborate with multiple teams who are all inclusive and openEssential Skills / qualifications:Demonstrable experience delivering integrations from your client to/from Ecommerce, ERP, WMS providersProgramming experience with C# .NET 4.8, MVC + Razor Page and JavaScript syntaxDatabase design experience with MSSQL + TSQLDemonstrable experience in development of REST services, as well as SOAP/EDI integrationsExperience of various messaging protocols including; Web Services (REST API), webhooks, FTP/SFTP, HTTP/S, AS2 and AS4Excellent time management skills, as well as written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrable problem solving and analysis skillsImplementing third party integration services to minimise reinventing the wheelDesired Skills:Authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML)Process automation/streamliningStrong project management and communication skillsExperience delivering transport and ecommerce integrations in North AmericaPOS integration deliveryETL tools (Boomi, Pentaho)SPA web development (React, Angular, Vue)Cloud platform services (Azure, AWS, GCP)NoSQL (MongoDB, Cosmos DB, DynamoDB)Message queueing (RabbitMQ)GraphQLAbout TransVirtual:We're a modern SaaS business delivering logistics solutions.
