Team OverviewThe CEEMEA Sales and Client Relationship team builds and strengthens partnerships with institutional investors. Working closely with Portfolio and Product Managers, Consultant Relations, and Client Servicing Professionals, the team drives business growth and client satisfaction. You will focus on smaller family offices, corporate treasury and insurance firms across the Middle East, offering you huge opportunities to grow and develop in the region. We would also anticipate this role working closely with and supporting the wider team.How You Will Add ValueCore ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new client relationships across the Middle East with particular focus on family offices, corporate treasury and insurance firmsOrganise roadshows with Portfolio ManagersSpot issues and opportunities with current clientsHighlight FTI’s unique product offeringsCoordinate with the RFP/RFI team on new businessSupport client onboarding with the New Business Services teamWork with institutional client service team members to cover clientsExtract performance and portfolio data to support sales effortsLiaise with Data & Performance and Marketing teamsProvide team support when neededStrategic ResponsibilitiesUnderstand FT products and services thoroughlyAnalyse client portfolios and identify key decision-makersAdvise clients on institutional investingOffer insights during client and consultant discussionsSuggest improvements to client serviceEnsure timely and accurate client reportingRespond to complex questions professionallyStay informed on global market developmentsUnderstand how compliance and risk affect client serviceContribute in client meetingsWhat Will Help You Be Successful In This RoleExperience, Education & CertificationsUniversity degree or equivalent experience5–10 years in Asset Management, focused on sales and client relationshipsCFA designation or progress preferredInstitutional client experience is a plusTechnical & Soft SkillsStrong communication skillsFluent in English; Arabic is a plusTechnically proficientSkilled in Microsoft OfficeExperience our welcoming culture and reach your professional and personal potential!Our culture is shaped by the variety of perspectives and experiences brought by talent from around the world.
