English Flavors is Hiring an Instructional Designer Job Responsibilities:Assess students’ goals and English levels to create tailored learning plans.Prepare and adjust customized session materials (PPTs, resources).Support instructors during sessions and ensure material quality.Follow up with students on their weekly tasks.Design quizzes to assess understanding.What We’re Looking For:A passion for education and helping others succeed.English background: either you are an undergraduate or graduate from an English-focused college, or you have a strong interest in the English language.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Familiarity with digital tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva, Zoom, Forms, Teams) and the ability to create engaging contentIf you are interested please send your CV.
