We’re hiring multiple talented individuals to join our team and help us develop learning content for both technical and commercial audiences.About the Role:As a Learning Specialist, you will design and deliver cutting-edge training materials to a broadspectrum of audiences, ranging from internal Milestone employees to our partners and endcustomers. Your work will empower partners to achieve product certifications and build theirconfidence in selling, deploying, using, and maintaining Milestone solutions.We are looking for an Instructional Designer to join one of our teams in Sofia, Bulgaria (hybrid mode of work).Key Responsibilities:We expect team members to accomplish the following daily tasks with a high degree of independence while requiring minimal assistance throughout the development process:Produce eLearning courses and video tutorials that adhere to Milestone branding and Global Learning guidelines (including outlines, scripts, storyboards, graphics production, and UX design).Install and configure Milestone solutions on test and development systems to validate specific functionality and collect assets for content development, assessments, and simulation exercises.Work with subject matter experts to configure moderate to high-complexity systems and collect assets for content development.Coordinate with product & technology, technical communication, and product marketing teams to deliver on-time, consistent, and visible communications to our partner channel.Essential Qualifications:Impeccable English communication skills, including the ability to give and receive editorial feedback.Experience with video editing, graphic design, and eLearning rapid development tools.The ability to distill complex topics down to essential knowledge.Experience crafting concise learner competencies and instructional objectives.Experience with managing stakeholders and subject matter experts.A strong sense of curiosity and the investigative skills to uncover answers.A high degree of independence and familiarity working with remote colleagues.Flexibility in working schedule to accommodate global team meetings.Preferred Qualifications:A background or education in instructional design and training.Familiarity with crafting successful internal marketing communications.Familiarity with generative AI tools and utilities.Experience with community engagement, social media management, and moderation.Experience with IT networking and/or enterprise technology concepts.Familiarity with virtualization technology and Windows and Linux operating systems.Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Milestone People-First Benefits:Hybrid-friendly/flexible way of workingCompetitive salary and benefits25 days vacationEmployer covered luxury health and dental packagesBest Doctors InsurancePublic transport card sponsored by us or parking spot in the officeEmployer sponsored mobile phone and telecom subscriptionCompliments gift cardFood vouchersMultisport card covered by the employerEmployee Assistance Program supporting mental health with MindromedaReady to Join Us?If you’re ready to make a difference and help others succeed through learning, we’d love tohear from you!
