Our software keeps the world flying.The Job We are seeking a highly skilled UX Specialist to join our team, collaborating closely with our colleagues at Lufthansa Technik, to drive the digitalization and modernization of our business systems. This role demands a deep understanding of user experience design and exceptional research skills to deliver intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.Some of your key responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to define and understand the detailed user and business requirements.Conduct comprehensive research and user testing to gather insights into user behaviors and needs, ensuring the solutions enhance user satisfaction.Develop clear and effective UI/UX strategies based on research data.
