Bachelors degree in Instructional Design, educational technology or closely related fieldMust be a resident of Illinois or Indiana.Two years of professional experience in instructional designProficiency with video editing software such as Camtasia, AdobePremiere, iMovie, or similarExperience with Articulate Rise (required) and Storyline (preferred)for e-learning developmentStrong skills in PowerPoint for course content and visual designBasic graphic design and multimedia skills (MS Office design tools sufficient; Adobe Creative Cloud a plus)Ability to transform technical or complex information into clear, engaging learning materialsStrong writing and editing skills for course content and scriptsStrong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially with formatting and version controlClear communication skills for working with trainers and the instructional teamStrong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilitiesFlexibility to work on an as needed basis during normal office hours.While the position is remote, must reside within the state ofIllinois. -Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Characteristics, and Abilities:**Masters degree in Instructional Design, educational technology or closely related fieldThree or more years of professional experience in online instructional design.Two years of work experience with the Learning Management System,Canvas.
