The Instructor will be responsible for educating and training individuals on various aspects of motorcycle operation and safety. Tasks include preparing lesson plans, conducting training sessions, providing feedback, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. The role also involves evaluating the progress of learners and maintaining accurate training records. Qualifications Knowledge of motorcycle operation, safety procedures, and defensive driving skillsAbility to develop and deliver training materials, and provide clear instructionsStrong communication, mentoring, and evaluation skillsCertifications required for instructing motorcycles, or ability to acquire them before employmentPatience, organizational skills, and a focus on promoting a safe learning environmentExperience in a training or teaching role is necessary.
