Madison Group is committed to providing top-notch insurance products at reasonable prices and excellent customer service.Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Agent based in Mombasa, with some work from home being acceptable. The Insurance Agent will be responsible for selling and promoting insurance products, maintaining and servicing client accounts, providing customer service, and managing insurance portfolios. They will also engage in financial planning, processing claims, and driving new business growth.Qualifications Proficiency in Insurance Sales, understanding of Insurance products, and experience with Insurance BrokerageStrong Finance knowledge and backgroundExcellent Customer Service skillsExceptional communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to work independently and in a hybrid set-upBachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, or related field is beneficialPrevious experience in the insurance industry is a plus
