You will play a central role in ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, and stakeholder collaboration.Key responsibilities include:• Lead, develop, and inspire a team of approx. 10–12 experienced insurance professionals• Drive process improvements• Ensure full compliance with Danish FSA regulations and internal policies• Act as the control tower for insurance performance, profitability, and governance• Strengthen collaboration across internal stakeholders and external insurance partners• Use data and reporting to enhance decision-making and transparency• Identify and implement operational and product improvementsProfileYou bring a strong mix of strategic insight, operational understanding, and people leadership skills.
