Job DescriptionJob Responsibilities - Act as the DXC primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries, and ensuring high customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.Lead end to end delivery, managing Application outsourcing and Managed Services engagement for Insurance (Life & Annuity) clients.Excellent communication skills (verbal as well as written), team leadership abilities, with demonstrated success in managing diverse engineering teams.Familiarity with Japanese Insurance market/domain, particularly Annuity products, is a plus.Technical Expertise: Experience with Micro Focus tools and COBOL, JCL, DB2 for UDBBilingual (English and Japanese) would be preferred.ExperienceMinimum 15-18 years of industry experience in software engineering, with at least 7+ years in managerial roles overseeing teams and projects.Bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese is mandatory.Experience leading end to end delivery, meeting account objectives, managing Application outsourcing, Managed Services engagement for large Insurance (Life & Annuity) clients.Manages business development, identifies and develops new opportunitiesManages project financialsProven ability to lead and deliver large-scale software development projects, with a track record of successfully managing cross-functional teams.Basic QualificationsLeadership Skills: Strong communication skills (verbal as well as written), collaboration, and team leadership abilities, with demonstrated success in managing diverse engineering teams.Project Management: Expertise in managing software projects, including resource planning, timeline tracking, and risk mitigation.Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of Japanese Insurance market/domain, particularly Annuity products.Certifications: Relevant certifications such as LOMA, PMP, Scrum Master, or technical certifications are highly desirable.Estimation and Planning: Drive accurate project estimations, including effort, timeline, and resource planning, ensuring realistic project commitments and on-time delivery.Customer Handling: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries, and ensuring high customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.Technical ExpertiseHands-on Experience with Micro Focus tools and COBOL, JCL, DB2 for UDBStrong programming, debugging, and problem-solving skills.Product Knowledge: Experience with Vantage and wmA products is a significant advantage.Collaborate with architects and senior engineers to maintain high standards of code quality, design, and technical excellence.Mentorship And DevelopmentProvide mentorship and guidance to team members, conduct regular one-on-one meetings, and drive performance assessments and career development planning.Supporting BA team in query resolution & defect analysis.Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team, encouraging knowledge sharing and professional growth.DXCテクノロジーでは、コミュニティの強いつながりが成功への鍵であると考えています。DXCのワークモデルは、対面でのコラボレーションを重視しつつ、社員の幸福度、生産性、個々の働き方、そして生活環境をサポートする柔軟性も提供しています。DXCは、誰もが活躍できるインクルーシブな環境づくりに尽力しています。DXCは、ソーシャルメディアネットワークを通じて採用通知を行うことはありません。架空の求人情報を、偽のウェブサイトなどのオンラインサービスや、企業を名乗る電子メールを通じて求職者に提供するケースが発見されています。このような電子メールは、不正な採用活動の一環として、受信者に個人情報の提供や支払いを要求することがあります。また、採用プロセスのいかなる時点においても、応募者から金銭や支払いを要求したり、求職者にIT機器やその他の機器の購入を依頼したりすることはありません。詳細はこちらをご覧ください。
