Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Insurance Sales Representative, based in Lagos State, Nigeria. The Insurance Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, understanding client needs, and recommending suitable insurance products. Core responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with team members and staying informed about industry trends and products. Qualifications Proven experience in Insurance Sales, Sales, and Insurance BrokerageStrong Customer Service and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of insurance products and policiesAbility to build and maintain client relationshipsSelf-motivated with excellent communication and negotiation skillsOrganizational and time management proficiencyRelevant certifications or training in insurance is advantageousBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field is preferredBenefits..
