Roles and ResponsibilitiesSupport continuous lead generation activities through walk-ins, data mining, referrals, outside calls, and other methods.Assist in full fact-finding processes and recommend customized solutions to secure and enrich bank customers.Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints at the assigned branch; support clients with document completion and medical exams; and coordinate proper submission to operations, working closely with the Account Manager (AM).Track progress with operations and underwriters to ensure all requirements are met until policies are issued.Compile and deliver basic reports on sales activities, referrals, closing ratios, ASE, and other qualitative metrics on time.Collaborate with bank branch employees and managers regularly to share knowledge about insurance products, address selling concerns, and foster reciprocal referrals to support both insurance and banking products.Pre-requisites (Education, Professional Experience) 1-3 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in the Sales field. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field.
