Renowned for its financial strength and service excellence, it continues to set the benchmark for customer satisfaction and innovation in the regional insurance market.Job Summary:The Insurance Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales performance through outbound and inbound customer interactions across multiple channels, including phone, email, WhatsApp, and web leads. The role focuses on promoting and selling the company’s portfolio of insurance products while ensuring superior customer experience, compliance with internal standards, and achievement of sales and service targets.Key Responsibilities:Conduct outbound calls to promote and sell insurance products, including Life, Personal Accident, Medical, Motor, Home, and Travel Insurance.Manage inbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages, providing accurate information and product guidance.Engage with website-generated (D2C) leads, ensuring timely follow-up and personalized support.Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions that align with their requirements.Clearly explain policy terms, coverage benefits, exclusions, and premium details.Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of leads, calls, and sales activities in the CRM system.Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.Ensure all interactions comply with regulatory standards and internal company policies.Coordinate with underwriting, operations, and support teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and customer onboarding.Provide post-sale support, including policy renewals, customer issue resolution, and feedback collection.Contribute to customer satisfaction and retention by delivering exceptional service and always maintaining a professional image.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.Minimum 1 year of telesales experience in the insurance industry (a must).Strong communication and negotiation skills.Customer-oriented mindset.Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.Positive attitude and professionalism.Proven telesales and persuasion skills.Sound knowledge of insurance products and policies.Customer service best practices.Experience using CRM systems and call center tools.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Comfortable handling multiple communication channels (calls, emails, WhatsApp, website leads).Excellent command of English (spoken and written) is a must.
