About the jobWe’re expanding our European E-commerce operations with a key role that will lead strategy, analytics, and performance across multiple markets.This position will drive digital growth by integrating marketing, data, and platform performance under a single structure. The role involves overseeing agency collaborations, ensuring cross-market alignment, and managing regional initiatives that focus on achieving measurable results and efficiency.The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with a technical understanding of e-commerce systems, analytics, and performance marketing, leading data-driven decisions that strengthen Cambro’s online presence in Europe.About the RoleThis position plays a leading role in shaping Cambro’s digital growth and E-commerce strategy across European markets.It combines analytics, technology, and marketing performance management under one structure — ensuring scalable growth, operational efficiency, and consistency across all digital channels.The Int’l E-commerce Analytics & Strategy Manager is responsible for the strategic and analytical oversight of Cambro’s E-commerce ecosystem, including Magento platform operations, SEO & SEM performance, digital marketing automation, and agency coordination.The role acts as the bridge between global marketing initiatives and local E-commerce execution, ensuring data-driven decision-making and measurable business outcomes.What You’ll DoLead the strategic development and optimization of Cambro’s Magento-based E-commerce platform, ensuring stability, functionality, and continuous improvement across multiple European storefronts.Oversee the implementation and performance of SEO and SEM strategies, managing agencies to ensure campaigns are fully aligned with business goals and ROI objectives.Manage digital marketing automation workflows and customer lifecycle programs that enhance engagement and retention.Coordinate the development of analytics and reporting frameworks, consolidating data from E-commerce, advertising, and CRM systems into actionable insights.Collaborate with web developers, UX/UI designers, and content teams to improve site experience, conversion rates, and on-site search visibility.Drive performance measurement through KPIs such as conversion rate, ROAS, AOV, and repeat customer growth, while identifying new opportunities for digital expansion.Maintain awareness of new tools, technologies, and trends within the E-commerce and analytics landscape to innovate continuously.Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management, transforming data into strategic recommendations.What You’ll Bring3-5 years of experience in E-commerce strategy, analytics, or performance marketing roles, ideally within an international or multi-market environment.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.Hands-on experience with Magento or equivalent platforms — comfortable with product setup, CMS, and promotional rule management.Deep understanding of SEO (technical and semantic), SEM, and digital advertising ecosystems (Google Ads, Merchant Center, Tag Manager, GA4).Experience managing agency relationships — capable of reviewing strategies, interpreting reports, and steering optimizations.Familiarity with marketing automation, segmentation, and lifecycle email flows.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into growth initiatives.Understanding of UX/UI principles, customer journey mapping, and website optimization best practices.Strong communication and project management skills; able to align cross-functional and cross-market teams.Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage.Why It MattersThis role is central to Cambro’s digital growth across Europe, blending strategy, analytics, and technology into a single operational core.
