This role is crucial in creating a positive client experience and ensuring accurate intake processes that support successful case outcomes. You are self-motivated, highly organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You take pride in accuracy, follow-through, and deliver exceptional client service. You are empathetic, tech-savvy, and comfortable managing multiple priorities remotely.Schedule:Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST (USA)Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To:Making calls each day to prospective and existing clientsFollowing up with clients who have not yet connected with the firmSending texts, emails, and leaving voicemails to maintain consistent communicationConducting initial screenings and gathering essential case details with empathy and professionalismReviewing project notes to determine case needs and next stepsEntering client information accurately into the firm’s case management systemPreparing intake summaries for attorney reviewMaintaining organized digital records and ensuring compliance with confidentiality standardsWhat We’re Looking For:At least one to two years of experience supporting legal, medical, or customer service intake rolesBilingual (English/Spanish) required for client communicationHigh school diploma required; associate’s degree or paralegal certification preferredDetail Orientation: Ability to manage complex case details and maintain accurate recordsEmpathy: Deliver compassionate communication to clients during stressful timesMedical Terminology: Familiarity with medical terms and injury-related documentationCommunication: Strong verbal and written skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) requiredTech Proficiency: Comfortable with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and virtual toolsPersistence: Ability to follow up consistently and manage high call volumes dailyReliable computer setup (laptop/PC, headset, stable internet min. 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload)Quiet, distraction-free remote work environmentWhat’s In It for You?
