Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Intake Specialist located in Quezon City. The Intake Specialist will be responsible for managing client intake processes, ensuring all relevant information is gathered and recorded accurately. They will communicate effectively with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the intake process. Additional duties include handling insurance inquiries and maintaining up-to-date records of all interactions.
