The role involves working with learning management systems, handling support tasks, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Requirements: Excellent oral and written communication skills in Latvian and EnglishProven experience working with learning technologies or in a similar digital learning roleConfident user of Microsoft Office and digital platformsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsDetail-oriented, structured, and highly responsibleExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain strong customer relationshipsGood understanding of how learning management systems workConsidered an advantage:
Experience with Cornerstone LMSExperience working with ServiceNowResponsibilities: Support and consult clients in the implementation and ongoing use of learning technologiesMaintain and configure learning systems and keep related client data and records up to dateManage support tasks and ensure consistent delivery according to agreed processes and service standardsHandle support operations in the ticketing system (INTEA and client mailboxes)Monitor and improve the quality of deliverables in accordance with service level agreementsParticipate in client meetings and act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholdersContribute to continuous improvement of tools, processes, and client experienceWhat we offer:
