From digital and social media to PR, activations, events, and design, we integrate all disciplines into one seamless experience.The ideal candidate can confidently manage client relationships, orchestrate campaigns across multiple channels, and guide a team to deliver outstanding results — with a strong eye for creative storytelling, content strategy, and campaign ideation.Core ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management - Serve as the main client contact, taking client briefs, building trusted partnerships and providing strategic recommendations.Campaign Leadership - Lead integrated campaigns across social, digital, PR, activations, and traditional marketing; oversee concept development and creative execution.Content & Social Strategy - Create and supervise content calendars, ensuring brand consistency and engaging storytelling across platforms; analyze performance to optimize strategy.Project Management - Manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables; coordinate across teams to ensure smooth execution.Reporting & Analysis – Present campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to clients with clarity and confidence.Leadership & Team GuidanceMentor and guide a junior account manager, helping them develop strong client management and project execution skills.Provide clear creative briefs and feedback to internal teams to ensure quality and consistency.Proactively identify potential challenges and resolve them early, maintaining smooth progress across clients and projectsWhat We’re Looking ForProven agency experience managing integrated campaigns across multiple channels.Strong understanding of social media strategy, content development, and creative ideation.Excellent presentation skills and experience building pitch decks and campaign proposals.Strong writing and editing skills — able to craft clear, engaging, and brand-appropriate content.Highly organized, with the ability to manage several projects and clients simultaneously.Strategic, creative, and adaptable — experienced across industries like fashion, real estate, FMCG, cosmetics, and lifestyle.A proactive, confident communicator who inspires both clients and internal teams.At this agency speed, creativity, and quality come together.
