Role Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth through strategic planning and client relationship management.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand market share.Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and professional development.Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients, developers, and investors.Collaborate with marketing and research teams to support sales initiatives and campaigns.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategy.Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE real estate regulations.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.Minimum 5–7 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.RERA certification is a plus.What We Offer:Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.Opportunity to work with a globally recognized brand.Dynamic and collaborative work environment.Career growth and development opportunities.
