Trident Consulting is seeking a "Integrated Marketing Manager – Core Dasher Experience " for one of our clients in " Remote”, A global leader in business and technology servicesRole: Integrated Marketing Manager – Core Dasher ExperienceLocation: RemoteMode: ContractPay Rate: $100 -$110/hr. on W2Project duration: 9 Months (Potential fulltime hire)OverviewThe Client is seeking an experienced Integrated Marketing Manager to support Parcels, one of its fastest-growing new business lines. This role drives growth and engagement for Runners (Parcel Drivers) by partnering cross-functionally across Product, Operations, Analytics, and CRM to deliver integrated marketing programs and go-to-market strategies.Core Responsibilities1. Go-to-Market (GTM) ExecutionDevelop and execute strategic GTM plans for new product launches, feature rollouts, and rewards programs.Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure smooth execution, clear communication, and timely delivery.Measure launch success and drive continuous improvement through post-launch research and performance tracking.2. Product & Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner closely with Product, Ops, Analytics, and Design teams to align marketing strategies with product functionality and business goals.Support supply forecasting, cohort performance tracking, and data analysis to identify growth opportunities.Influence product strategy by bringing customer insights and market data into product roadmaps.3. Research & InsightsSupport and execute qualitative and quantitative user research in partnership with UXR and Product teams.Synthesize findings into actionable insights that inform audience segmentation, positioning, and messaging.Use insights to influence marketing campaigns, content strategy, and feature adoption initiatives.4. Growth & Marketing ExperimentationDesign, execute, and measure marketing experiments across in-app, owned, and earned channels.Test messaging, creative, and lifecycle tactics to optimize user engagement, retention, and adoption.Report experiment outcomes and develop data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.5. Campaign Development & ManagementCreate and execute integrated campaigns across multiple channels (CRM, in-app, email, digital).Develop content and communications for Runner lifecycle programs and engagement touchpoints.Support initiatives like Peak Preparedness campaigns, Top Runner rewards programs, and waitlist experience improvements.6. Leadership & OwnershipOwn sub-OKRs, track progress against quarterly goals, and report updates to senior leadership.Work autonomously to plan and execute key initiatives with minimal supervision.Escalate risks, propose solutions, and make recommendations to senior management proactively.Core Skills & CompetenciesStrategic Marketing: Strong ability to translate business objectives into actionable and measurable marketing strategies.Product Marketing & GTM: Expertise in taking products from concept (0→1) through pilot and scale phases.Research & Insights: Skilled in designing and leveraging customer research to influence marketing and product direction.Growth & Experimentation: Experienced in data-driven campaign optimization, testing methodologies, and lifecycle marketing.Analytical Thinking: Ability to work with data and analytics; SQL knowledge a plus.Cross-Functional Leadership: Proven record of aligning Product, Ops, and Marketing stakeholders to execute shared goals.Communication & Storytelling: Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to craft compelling narratives and data-backed presentations.Project Management: Strong organizational skills with experience leading multiple initiatives end-to-end.Autonomy & Ownership: Comfortable working independently, prioritizing effectively, and driving results.Adaptability: Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments with evolving priorities.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.5+ years of experience in marketing, product marketing, or integrated marketing within technology, logistics, or consumer sectors.Hands-on experience with campaign management, research, and data analysis.Familiarity with CRM, in-app, and digital marketing tools.SQL proficiency strongly preferredTrident Consulting is a premier IT staffing firm providing high-impact workforce solutions to Fortune 500 and mid-market clients.
