Job Description

The Walt Disney Studios Integrated Planning team drives alignment and collaboration across the Studio and key lines of business (XLOB) across The Walt Disney Company (e.g. Disney Consumer Products, Parks & Resorts, Corporate, and Studio) as strategies and plans are developed in support of films and franchises from Pixar Animation Studios, Walt Disney Animation Studios, Disney Live Action, Marvel Studios, Lucasfilm, and 20th Century Studios. The team works globally to maximize the value of these brands and films while supporting the processes and priorities of internal business partners.The Integrated Planning Coordinator plays a key role in supporting strategic alignment, operational excellence, and communication across the Studio, Consumer Products, and Parks. This role provides critical coordination support for planning processes, presentations, events, and team operations.ResponsibilitiesPlanning & AlignmentSupport the Integrated Planning title & franchise planning processes across all Studios.Monitor planning milestones, including presentations, screenings, meetings, and financial updates, ensuring information is accurate and delivered on time.Maintain and update team calendars, trackers, and planning tools to ensure timely communication to global partners.Events & PresentationsPlan and execute special events, presentations, and screenings, including scheduling, attendee list management, logistics, and day-of support.Partner with internal teams to manage presentation timelines, content needs, and logistics for key Studio moments and leadership meetings.Operations & Asset ManagementSupport operational workflows as needed, including trackers, reviews/approvals, and distribution lists.Manage GSS Filmed Presentations system – onboarding new users, managing requests/approvals, and partnering with key stakeholders.Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.Communication & Team ManagementSupport the development and maintenance of clear communication processes across internal and external partners.Coordinate meetings and agendas, including scheduling, agenda development, note-taking, and communicating follow-up/action items.Help maintain team documentation, process guides, and shared resources.Basic QualificationsExceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to convey ideas clearly, concisely, and professionally.Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.Self-starter with strong initiative, resourcefulness, and problem-solving skills.Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities, partner needs, and fast-paced environments.Comfortable collaborating across multiple teams and levels of the organization.Must be available to work onsite 4 days per week (Monday-Thursday). Fridays are remote with flexibility to work onsite as needed.Preferred Qualifications2+ years of experience in entertainment or related industryThe hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $54,000 to $72,300 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
