ResponsibilitiesGeneral Functional consultant for data integration into SuccessFactors, Workday or Oracle Facilitate client data mapping, and transformations to ADP GlobalView Payroll data structures and values Assisting in configuring client data conversion, load and verification Supports clients with trouble shooting Partners with Global Solutions Designer regarding configuration and readiness of foundational data Responsible for the quality of the integration solution and operational level client satisfactionProduct & Process Expectation is that you will learn fast a good level of HCM knowledge and apply the necessary competencies to deliver the maximum value to ADP’s clients Maintain up to date knowledge of the Products, templates, tools & processes to aid in workshops and implement efficiently Provide feedback on the Products, templates, tools, & processes based on client interactions Ability to grasp application and integration concepts of new products quickly and efficiently.Project Activities Participate in local design/mapping workshops with client to gather and document detailed information on the requirements, while keep alignment and consistency with global design. Ensure that appropriate local design deliverables are kept up to date (weekly) throughout the project Implement the HCM Integration solution, providing support to client solutions project teams on our integration solutions. We work in a multi-disciplinary global team where every discipline provides a piece of the complete integration solution Responsible for configuration, unit testing, end-to-end integration testing, data loading and go-live cutover, to ensure a successful go live Support implementation payroll project team with the integration decision aspects impacting payroll design Troubleshooting complex integration issues. Provide support for issue resolution, specifically investigation and solution identification Proactively inform pertinent stakeholders (e.g., Global Solution Designer, Project Manager, GIC Leadership) of any potential client escalations, scope variations, task slippages and risks that may arise during the project Actively contribute to after action review/lessons learned on projects to drive continuous improvement and client satisfactionIII.
