UHP is currently affiliated with 182 providers consisting of 119 physicians and 63 advanced practice providers operating out of 54 locations across Southern, Central, and Northern California.Position SummaryThe Integration Manager will support the company’s strategic initiatives by overseeing the post-acquisition integration of new entities through a structured, company-designed integration program. The position requires an individual who can coordinate cross-functional teams, proactively manage timelines and risks, and continuously improve integration processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. This is a high-visibility role with significant exposure to the C-suite and leaders across all functions of Unio.SoCal Applicants Strongly PreferredWhat you will be doingManage the execution of the company’s integration program to ensure smooth and timely onboarding of acquired entities.Coordinate cross-functional efforts across Finance/Accounting, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), HR, Legal, IT, and others.Track integration milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure all departments remain aligned and on schedule.Serve as the liaison between the company, sellers, and internal stakeholders to ensure clear communication and accountability throughout integration.Support the Business Development (BD) team in due diligence by identifying potential integration risks and operational dependencies prior to close.Continuously refine and improve integration processes, tools, and documentation to drive greater efficiency and standardization over time.What You Will Bring To The TeamBachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).Minimum 5–7 years of experience in healthcare operations, with exposure to multi-site healthcare environments.Demonstrated success in project management, integration, or cross-functional coordination roles.Experience in physician practice management or healthcare MSO integration.Familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, or Monday.com.Background in continuous improvement or process optimization initiatives within a healthcare or service-based organization.TravelWilling to travel as neededWhat We Can Offer YouCompetitive Salary and up to 20% bonus opportunityHealth Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision) Generous time off (start accruing on your first day - no waiting period)Paid Holidays401(k)Company DiscountsCollaborative work environment - we want our employees to have a say in how we run our officeEmployee RecognitionCompensation is depending on a number of factors including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, or experience that may fall outside of the range shown
