Integration Specialist

Our mission is to combine technology, entertainment, and integrity to create safe, engaging, and high-performing platforms.We are seeking a technically capable and proactive Integration Specialist to join our expanding team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient integrations between our gaming platform and external operator systems, including wallet systems, authentication flows, reporting, and game launch protocols.You’ll collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, product managers, and external partners to ensure each integration is stable, scalable, and aligned with our platform requirements.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the main technical contact for operator integrationsManage full integration lifecycles, from requirements gathering and API mapping to go-live supportImplement and troubleshoot wallet APIs (debit, credit, rollback, balance) and authentication flows (token-based, callbacks, JWT, etc.)Resolve technical issues in real-time in collaboration with operators and internal teams.Work with backend and game teams to ensure full compatibility with platform infrastructureMaintain and deliver thorough integration documentation, ensuring partner compliance with our specs.Provide technical assistance during certification and compliance audits (GLI, ISO, etc.)Participate in UAT and certification testing with operator partnersSupport dynamic configuration for game availability, RTP settings, and jurisdictional rules per operatorRequirements:Proven experience as an Integration Specialist in the gaming industry is required.dStrong understanding of REST APIs, WebSockets, and JSON-based data exchangeExperience integrating with wallet platforms and third-party game aggregatorsExcellent debugging skills — capable of analyzing logs, payloads, and endpointsFamiliarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., MGA, Curacao, GLI) and their impact on integrationsAbility to manage multiple integration projects and coordinate across various stakeholdersStrong written and verbal communication skillsNice to Have:Scripting knowledge (Python, Node.js) for mock services and testing toolsUnderstanding of Kafka, Redis, PostgreSQL, or MongoDBExperience with tools like Postman, Swagger, and the ELK stackKnowledge of back-office/admin systems used by gaming operators
