It protects and guarantees work conditions that respect individual dignity, while promoting a collaborative, harmonious, fair, and supportive work environment.We are looking for a dedicated Integrity Engineer to ensure the integrity and compliance of our onshore assets in Asset Integrity Policy.Purpose of the position: This position may have Supervisory responsibilities covering Subcontractors, 3rd Parties and other short services staff personnel.Promote Asset Integrity Management (AIM) culture as define in the Asset Integrity Policy, and Compliance with AIM strategy and Integrity minimum requirements Asset Integrity Management System (AIMS).Comply with ARCI matrix of responsibilities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned and will report to Integrity Manager.How can you support us? Here below your responsibilities:Assist all disciplines to manage Integrity compliance by using Computerized Maintenance and InspectionManagement System (AMOS or CMIMS interfaces). All Discipline Managers are responsible to comply with AIMS Requirements.Liaise with Corporate departments for the process of IM threats and solution and implementation.Conduct or contribute to Risk Assessments associated with anomalies and incidents.Manage identification and ranking of Safety Critical Elements (SCE) and maintain register in CMIMS.Propose updates of Measuring Point for Performance Standard Means of Assurance in accordance withManagement of Change Procedure (MOC).Propose Asset Integrity lesson learned reports (REX).Integrity Management requirements and timely implementation of any related action plan.Participate to Asset Integrity Audits and Design Integrity Review meetings.Monitor Asset Integrity Dashboard and report Asset Integrity Key Performance Indicators (KPI).Participate to Asset Integrity Review Team meeting and Asset Integrity Management Board meeting.Participate or conduct Risk Assessments & Incident Investigations. Identify Integrity Threats.Responsible for update of Asset Integrity Threat Register (in Synergi software).Support the AIMS Manager to deliver SAIPEM BLK 32 O&M Services as defined in the contract providing assurance and oversight of technical delivery of Inspection and AIMS requirements, in particular for definition and management of SCEs.Assist with the implementation of an AIMS Risk Management Processes, aligned to the client Risk Management Process. In particular DGS, Deferral process and FFS assessment.Monitor work readiness is assessed and is compliant with AIMS requirements. 5 Week, 4Q and 60Q Inspection plans are to be available. To prevent SCE overdue activities.Provide technical support to designated inspection discipline engineers and coordinators within the team.Proactively manage interfaces with all other functions.Monitor and track AIMS actions, resulting from internal or external meeting and or auditsSupport and develop presentations and MOMs for AIMS and CPY requirements. Maintain appropriate levels of contact with offshore and remote teams to ensure effective information and AIMS deliverySupport for inspection / integrity input to Plant shutdown or associated outages.Support the AIMS Manager with Coordination the SOW for Routine and NON ROUTINE Dossiers.Monitor the anomaly management and Fitness for Service ProcessesAttend and lead meetings and reviews as appropriate e.g. Risk Based Assessment (RBA), Shutdown, Anomaly, Planning etcProvide support to audits e.g. verification, client, internal, etc. If applicable carry out periodic site audits e.g. Management visits, Competency Assessments and Missions.Support the production of reports as required by the client including technical, performance management (e.g. Key Performance Indicators) and other appropriate reports.To support investigations, related integrity failures and findings providing technical inputs, and using RCA tools and techniquesWhat are we looking for?Education: B Eng Degree or similar, Higher National Certificate or Diploma in Engineering related field with significant experience.Experience: 5 Years Direct Integrity Engineer Experience, 3 years Minimum FPSO Experience with Multiple Asset Team. Experience in Angola is Advantageous. Experience in a Client Facing role.Languages: Full professional proficiency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).Technical Skills: RBA/RBI Assessment and Implementation – Inservice InspectionKnowledge of NDT Qualifications Systems PCM, ASNT and written practices.Knowledge of a wide range on NDT methods and limitations, both standard and advancedKnowledge of NACE, ASTM, AMSE Codes and Practices Including the repair of Pressure EquipmentAnomaly Assessment Management and PrioritisationRisk Assessment and Risk Management expertiseManagement of SubcontractorsCorrosion EngineeringProcess ChemistryKnowledge of Inspection and NDT MethodsExperienced IDMS and CMMS User as SupervisorHigh Level of Technical EnglishHigh Level of Computer LiteracyKnowledge across multiple function and covering pressure equipment, Safety Devices, Vessels, Primary and Secondary structure, Hull integrity and Classification.KPI development and data managementIT Skills: Microsoft toolsWhat Can We Offer To YouContract Role: Based in LuandaCorporate Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including an attractive health insurance plan with 100% coverage for the employee and up to four direct dependents.
