We are seeking an ambitious, result-driven (Inter)national Sales Manager to expand our market presence and drive revenue growth.Your primary objective: position Dolce La Hulpe as a leading destination for associations, corporates, and event agencies—locally and across Europe.New Business DevelopmentIdentify, target, and convert new opportunities in the association, corporate, and agency markets.Build a healthy and sustainable sales pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and market intelligence.Develop tailored proposals and strategies to win high-value business.Key Account ManagementManage and grow a portfolio of key accounts.Build long-term, trust-based relationships with decision-makers.Develop account-specific action plans focused on revenue growth and repeat business.Representation & NetworkingRepresent Dolce La Hulpe Brussels at MICE trade shows, networking events, and international sales missions.Strengthen the hotel’s visibility across key markets by building strong industry relationships.Low Season OptimizationCreate and deploy strategic sales initiatives to increase occupancy and event bookings during off-peak periods.Promote targeted offers and packages to associations and corporates with flexible event dates.Market Insights & StrategyMonitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.Provide actionable insights to the Director of Sales to strengthen commercial strategy.Proven experience in MICE Sales, Hotel Sales, or B2B Business Development, ideally in an international context.A true hunter, with excellent prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.Strong account-management capabilities and a consultative approach.Self-motivated, autonomous, and driven by results and performance.Fluent in Dutch and French; proficiency in English is a strong asset.Willing and able to travel nationally and internationally.
