Toronto- 4 days on site12 months contract2 rounds of interviewOverviewPersonal BankingWill Develop products for internal employees (i.e. case management tools) as opposed to client facing, experience in talking to employees New design team for new practice- Optimization of the UX/UI for advisor facing tools Advisors - in call center, salespeople, service people, all client facing employees on front linesMain Responsibilities:Work closely, primarily with Product Owners and Business Analysts, on an ongoing basis to review and discuss new and upcoming features on the Gen AI advisor tool roadmap, and brainstorm and sketch UX enhancements and the UX/UI for new product features;Work with product owners, tech leads, business analysts and other relevant stakeholders to scope design activities, collect business and functional requirements, establish timelines for delivery of prototypes and ready for dev files;Create design concepts for the Gen AI advisor tool enhancements and features in Figma, review concepts with product owners and other relevant stakeholders, and collect feedback to iterate;Create Figma prototypes to support both moderated and unmoderated usability testing of Gen AI tool design concepts with advisors Support the Design Researcher in planning and conducting usability testing, and in analyzing and synthesizing test resultsSupport optimization of the advisor desktop workflow through (but not limited to) workflow and business process analysis, process mapping, workflow optimization, as well as research activities such as persona creation, advisor interviews, etc.Musts4+ years of experience designing for complex organizational workflows (e.g., employee or advisor workflow support) or products for internal employees, (i.e. case management tools) as opposed to client facing, experience in talking to employees Experience in conversational designExpertise in use of Figma to build design concepts, create complex prototypes, and deliver high-quality ready-for-dev filesPlanning and conducting usability testing Independently scoping and estimating design and usability testing activities to meet competing priorities and deadlines set by squad product ownersNTHDesigning interfaces and conversational design experience for Gen-AI
