Epic Interfaces Analyst This is a fantastic opportunity to join a top-notch company and team. RESPONSIBILITIES: Approximately 65% of your time will be on new Epic interface builds and 35% on support, and you will be working on 5 to 6 projects (including AI and digital projects) at a time.Build and customize interfaces using Epic Bridges and Cloverleaf /TCL.Provide system-level support for multi-user clinical and financial applications, operating systems, hardware, software, and reporting tools, including installation, configuration, training, maintenance, and support.Gather, translate, and communicate business or clinical requirements into technical solutions for application implementation.Systems analysis.Analyze interface requirements for integrating disparate systems to provide for the required data flow and inter-system data integrity.Design, develop, coordinate, implement, and maintain interfaces using interface engines and point-to-point interfaces.Create and monitor processes to ensure all interfaces operate correctly and messages are passed between systems promptly.Update processes on a timely basis as the interface needs of the institution change.Lead and participate in project planning sessions.Establish project goals, milestones, and procedures.Manage projects with varying levels of complexity.Partner with project leaders on several aspects of project planning to meet project deadlines.Work with departments to promote, educate, and train on current applications.Partner with other members of the Information Systems staff, clinical and operational departments, and other personnel to accomplish the project's goals.This opportunity is a direct-hire position. You can work 100% remotely, but you must live in one of the following states: Georgia, Alabama, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Wisconsin, Indiana, Virginia, or Ohio.We have been rated one of the best places to work, and we offer fantastic benefits. REQUIRED SKILLS:2+ years of Epic interface, integration, and support experience.Epic Bridges experience.Cloverleaf experience, including engine codingExperience doing Epic interface buildsExperience in analyzing and troubleshooting problems.Experience gathering, translating, and communicating business or clinical requirements into technical solutions for application implementation.Comprehensive knowledge of project management concepts and methodology.On call rotating every 14 weeks for a week10% travel for "go lives" and meetingsAbility to pass a drug test and background check.PREFERRED SKILLS:Epic Bridges Certification Cloverleaf CertificationAxway CertificationHL7 Engine Certification
