The Role: As our National Workshop Manager, you'll lead the operational performance of our workshops across NZ. This role requires a confident leader with strong commercial acumen and a deep understanding of fleet maintenance best practices. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all workshop operations nationally, ensuring consistency and excellence in service deliveryImplement proactive maintenance strategies to reduce downtime and extend fleet lifeDevelop and enforce compliance with safety and regulatory standardsManage workshop budgets, cost controls, and resource planningDrive performance through coaching, development, and leadership of workshop teamsCollaborate with procurement and fleet operations to ensure optimal asset utilisationProvide strategic input to fleet renewal, replacement, and lifecycle planningEstablish KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure and improve performanceWhat We’re Looking For:
