Job SummaryThe Fulfillment Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating package movement, ensuring timely shipments, optimizing logistics operations, and maintaining effective communication with couriers, delivery partners, and internal teams. This role is essential in streamlining supply chain operations and ensuring customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesShipment & Transportation ManagementOrganize transportation and track deliveries to oversee supply chain activities.Coordinate with couriers and logistics partners to optimize shipping processes and resolve issues.Ensure timely and cost-effective shipping of products.Inventory & Warehouse CoordinationWork closely with the fulfillment team to ensure efficient resource and space utilization.Maintain accurate records of all parcels leaving the facility for operational compliance.Order Processing & DocumentationOversee the creation and management of shipment documentation, including maintaining picking lists.Supplier & Customer CoordinationConfirm delivery dates and ensure on-time shipment.Provide management with order tracking updates and address inquiries regarding deliveries.Take proactive measures to address logistical issues and prevent operational disruptions.Compliance & SafetyEnsure adherence to company policies and transportation regulations.Monitor and enforce safety protocols in shipping operations.Implement cost-saving measures while maintaining quality and efficiency.Standard Logistics ProcessFulfillment to Scanning Area WorkflowRetrieve the picklist from carts forwarded by Fulfillment Staff to the scanning area.Verify that parcels are placed in the correct pouches.Count all parcels before recording the actual count.Separate parcels by courier.Verify courier pick-ups to ensure timely shipments.If a courier has not arrived by 4 PM, contact them. If unavailable, escalate to the immediate supervisor or manager.Confirm with the printing team if there are pending orders.Clean and inspect the area for any uncollected parcels.Document all canceled orders.Check for any pending orders that need to be packed or scanned.Send the final parcel count and pending orders update to the appropriate Group Chat reports.Qualifications & RequirementsEducation School diploma or equivalent; a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is a plus.ExperiencePrior experience in logistics, warehouse operations, fulfillment, or e-commerce order handling is preferred.Skills & CompetenciesStrong attention to detail and accuracy in logistics operations.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Basic knowledge of inventory management and shipping processes.Effective communication and coordination skills with couriers and internal teams.Problem-solving skills to address logistical issues proactively.Work EnvironmentWarehouse-based role involving standing, walking, and lifting.May require extended hours, especially during peak operational periods.
