Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for delivering high-quality recruitment support to the Medical Services division, acting as a trusted advisor to leaders and hiring managers while ensuring an excellent candidate experience. In addition to managing end-to-end recruitment, the role will design and pilot an early careers programme, creating pathways for emerging talent and supporting the division's long-term workforce strategy.
